This is a rather odd kind of meditation, but when I'm really bummed out or just in need of a general mood lift, I stop whatever else I was doing, put my headphones on, and play Blind Guardian songs at full volume. The power of metal blasts my bad mood into the stratosphere.

That I am A. a massive fan of Lord of the Rings and Discworld, B. a fantasy nerd in general, and C. could possibly be crushed to death, or at least to severe pain, if my bookcase ever fell over on me.

[Error: unknown template qotd]I guess, if it came to choosing one, smell. I'd really struggle without sight or hearing, and I wouldn't like not being able to feel anything, but taste and smell are kind of expendable. And I'd prefer to lose smell than taste.
